If you’re running Windows 7, uncheck the “ Use small icons” box. On the Taskbar tab, uncheck the “ Use small taskbar buttons” box in Windows 10/8. On my Bookmarks toolbar, my bookmarks 'buttons' show icon AND text. Select Appearance under Settings on the left side of the screen.
